I fixed the issue where the mod would require all the DLCs-Install To install it all you have to do is use the Nexus Mod Manager. So does anyone have experience with these mods? Are they too overpowered at levels 50+, or do they balance out well enough? If they're too OPed, I'll pass on them.at least until I finish the main story and Lonesome Road. This is just a simple mod that increases the level cap to 60. Which would kinda stink, to make the game's climax too easy. My worry is that since the game isn't designed for these, it'll just make me too overpowered.

There are alos mods that reduce the rate of XP gain to slow down leveling (I dont like hitting level 20 2 hours into the game). So I was looking at these mods:Īnd maybe one of the mods that adds more perks more often, too, because the perks add customization to the character. I'm level 50 and seemingly still a fair ways away from the end of the main story (next step is going to Caesar's Fort for a chat and to get the Platinum Chip), and haven't done Lonesome Road yet. Go to the Fallout New Vegas Nexus and search for level cap remover - there are several. Experience Level Adjust - Adjust Experience Level to your liking. Fallout: New Vegas first downloadable add-on, Dead Money, raises the level cap to 35 and adds new perks and achievements. Fallout New Vegas Re-Animated - Improves game animation, like aiming, running, etc. Tons of major story stuff left, basically, but I'm a little bummed that my character can't improve anymore. In Fallout 3, while maxing out everything was fairly difficult, it was not uncommon to (by level 30, with the right build) have almost all skills at 100.
